China Vangsness has a passion for working with people struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. She has worked as a therapist in rehabilitation settings for the past four years. She believes the most effective approach to treating addiction is by combining therapy with the 12-step recovery model. Working at Sea Change Recovery is especially meaningful for China because of her belief in the multi-dimensional treatment of addiction. Promoting mental health, physical, emotional and spiritual healing for clients and their families creates an environment in which individuals can thrive on their road to recovery.
China earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and has extensive experience working with teens, adults, couples, and families.
